- Name, company, email, phone, industry, product and message details you enter in the Contact and Get a Quote forms.

- Technical logs kept by the Site’s hosting infrastructure for security and operation, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and time.
- Preferences
- The site language you choose (Turkish / English). It is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.
The Site has no membership, payment or online sales, so no passwords or payment details are collected.

- to keep the Site secure and running, and prevent misuse;
- to remember choices such as your language preference;

Cookies and Local Storage

Your language is determined by the page address (/en) and is not stored separately.

- Google Analytics (Google)

- YouTube (Google)
- Product videos on product pages. A video is loaded from YouTube only when you press play; preview images come from YouTube servers.
- Google Maps
- The location map and directions link on the Contact page.
- When you tap the WhatsApp button the chat starts on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s terms.
- Social media
- Links to our LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram accounts open on those platforms.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only our authorised staff can access the information you send us, and we take the necessary administrative and technical measures to protect it. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Links to Other Websites
The Site may contain links to the websites of brands we represent and other organisations. Nortes Mühendislik is not responsible for their content or privacy practices; we recommend reviewing the policies of the sites you visit.
