About Lobe Pumps Hakkında
OMAC lobe pumps are specialized pumps for transferring fluids with viscosities of up to 1,000,000 cP. They transfer sticky, abrasive or surface-sensitive fluids with a smooth, linear and measurable flow. They operate reliably in a temperature range of –20 to +200 °C.
The pump consists of an AISI 316 stainless steel dosing head and a motor-driven gearbox mechanism. All surfaces in contact with the fluid are stainless steel and hygienic in accordance with food standards.
Lobe pumps are suitable for CIP (Clean in Place) and SIP (Sterilise in Place) processes. OMAC is one of the few manufacturers holding A3 and EHEDG food and hygiene certifications.
