Seepex progressive cavity pumps cover a wide capacity range, up to a flow rate of 500 m³/h and a pressure of 96 bar. The progressive cavity pump is suitable for transferring low- and high-viscosity fluids, as well as abrasive, sticky, and shear- and foam-sensitive fluids. The progressive cavity pump (sludge pump) provides a smooth, linear and measurable flow and runs quietly and without vibration. Because of these characteristics, progressive cavity pumps are also known in the industry by other names, such as sludge pump, wastewater pump, screw pump, linear pump and helical rotor pump.
