High Viscosity
Mono pump-style tube (rotor + stator) drum pumps designed for transferring high viscosity fluids deliver a continuous, smooth flow using the progressing cavity principle.
Low Viscosity
In fluid transfer with drum pumps, the 0-1,000 cps viscosity range is defined as low viscosity.
Hand Pumps
Hand-operated drum pumps are used for manually emptying low viscosity fluids from drums, canisters and other containers.

JESSBERGER drum pumps are manufactured in compliance with CE standards for the safe, clean and trouble-free transfer of acidic, basic, corrosive, aggressive, alkaline, flammable and explosive fluids, as well as viscous products such as liquid soap, honey, chocolate, molasses, cream, jelly, paste, glue, jam, shampoo and paint, from drums, containers, canisters, IBC tanks and other vessels.
The Jessberger drum pump is a set consisting of a pump tube in PP, PVDF, AISI or aluminum, selected for the fluid to be transferred, and a motor selected for the process. With the Jessberger drum pump, the same motor can be used with pump tubes made of different materials.
The Jessberger drum pump, together with all its accessories, is "DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY FROM STOCK" after your order.
Jessberger Drum Pump Technical Features
- The Jessberger drum pump is used for easy transfer of low and high viscosity fluids from drums, tanks, containers and similar vessels.
- Pump alternatives are available for the viscosity ranges 0 – 1,000 cps, 1,000 – 20,000 cps and 20,000 – 100,000 cps.
- PP, PVDF, AISI 316L and aluminum pump tube materials can be selected as the drum pump tube, depending on the fluid.
- Every drum pump tube is compatible with every motor, and every motor with every pump tube.
- Sealless design: the end of leakage problems!
- Models operating on the centrifugal or mono pump principle, selected according to viscosity
- Viton (FKM), NBR and PTFE material options for models operating on the mono pump principle.
- Electric and pneumatic (air-driven) pump motors make it easy to choose a Jessberger drum pump to suit the process.
- The speed adjustment knob on the motor allows flow and flow rate to be controlled as desired.
