Mobile Cylinder Filling Systems for Nitrogen and Oxygen
On request, NORTES MÜHENDİSLİK designs its Nitrogen and Oxygen Generator Systems as mobile (portable) units.
With Nortes Mühendislik Cylinder Filling Systems, cylinders of various sizes can be filled with the desired gas up to 300 bar, and the systems run automatically without the need for an operator. When the gas pressure in the cylinder reaches the desired level, the high-pressure gas compressor stops and a cylinder-full signal is received from the control panel. All system equipment is heavy-duty and suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.
All systems are designed by Nortes engineers and installed by our expert technical service team. Container-mounted and skid-mounted systems, for which static load calculations and 3D drawings are prepared, are manufactured in our own workshop.

Skid-Mounted Mobile Systems
With the skid-mounted oxygen/nitrogen filling station that Nortes designs specially for our customers, you can produce your own oxygen/nitrogen in any enclosed area of your facility.
The skids, for which static load calculations and 3D drawings are prepared by Nortes engineers, are manufactured in our own workshop.
They are manufactured according to the following principles:
- Suitable for international transport by road, sea and air.
- Suitable for handling by forklift and crane.
- Painted with corrosion-resistant paint.
- Additional aluminum sheet is used on the floor.
- Built with the necessary free space to allow easy system maintenance.
- Delivered with all capacity and leak tests completed.
