Product Overview
Produce Your Own Oxygen Gas, and Forget the Cost of Buying Cylinders or Liquid Oxygen!
NORTES Mühendislik PSA Oxygen Generator Systems produce gaseous oxygen on site from compressed air. Compared with conventional oxygen sources such as cylinders or cryogenic liquid, they offer a cost-effective, continuous and safe alternative.
Our Oxygen Generators are available in 21 standard models at 95% purity, with capacities ranging from 0.5 to 2000 Nm3/hour. The design is intended for 24/7 operation. Every oxygen generator is equipped with an automatic start and stop function.

Operating Principle
Nortes Mühendislik Oxygen Generators use PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology to produce oxygen gas from air.
The system consists of two tanks containing ZEOLITE. Air pressurized after passing through the conditioning equipment enters from the bottom of the first tank, passes through all the zeolite in the tank and is delivered as pure oxygen to the oxygen storage tank at the top of the generator. Meanwhile, the nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide and other gases retained by the zeolite are vented to the atmosphere through the exhaust.
Once the first tank has completed its cycle within the interval set on the touch control panel, conditioned air enters from the bottom of the second tank, passes through all of its zeolite and is delivered as pure oxygen to the oxygen storage tank at the top of the generator. Continuous oxygen production is thus achieved through the tandem (synchronized) operation of the two tanks.
