Safe Dosing at High Pressure
In hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps the back pressure is balanced by hydraulic fluid behind the diaphragm. This relieves the diaphragm of mechanical load, extends its life and ensures precise dosing even at high pressure.
A relief valve in the hydraulic unit protects against overload; the diaphragm rupture indicator, standard on multi-layer diaphragms, continuously monitors that no medium enters the hydraulic oil.
