Solenoid-Driven Metering
In solenoid-driven metering pumps an electromagnet moves the magnet shaft back and forth; this movement is transferred to the dosing diaphragm. Two check valves prevent backflow during pumping.
The dosing rate is set via stroke length and stroke frequency. With only one moving part the drive is virtually wear-free and works reliably under demanding conditions with a wide range of liquid chemicals.
