Product Overview
Under Pressure and Vacuum Dilute Phase Conveying
A pneumatic conveying method used to convey product at high velocities under pressure or vacuum. If the product is non-abrasive and does not suffer physical breakage or lose its characteristic properties, dilute phase pneumatic conveying is a suitable method.
Conveying Under Pressure
Suitable for systems operating at pressures of generally up to 1 bar. Blowers or fan systems are used to pressurize the propellant gas.
Conveying Under Vacuum
Better suited to conveying systems operating at approximately 0.5 bar absolute vacuum. Particularly preferred for batch systems and recipe applications. The propellant gas is supplied by blowers, fans or vacuum pumps.
